Rules for submitting homeworks
-
Homeworks appear on the web after each class and should be submitted no later
than the next class will occur (normally, this means in one week), unless
specifed otherwise.
-
If something is unclear in the statement of the problem, please
ask.
-
Homeworks should be written in English or Czech. If you want to write in other
language, please consult with me first.
-
Each homework should include: your name; your student number; the number of the
homework, if applicable; and the name/abbreviation of the course.
-
Repeat the formulation of the problem you are solving, exactly in the same form
as it was specified.
-
Homeworks can be submitted either in paper form to me in the class, or by
email.
-
If typing, consider to use TeX.
- If writing, be sure your handwriting is absolutely clear.
-
If you first prepare your work on paper, and then intend to send it by email,
consider to use some sort of scanning application, instead of merely making
shots by your mobile. Put efforts into making quality shots/scans (no shadows, right
orientation, no foreign objects in the camera). Badly prepared scans will be
rejected.
-
In the filenames, avoid blanks and non-ascii characters (in particular, Czech
diacritics).
-
One homework per file.
